This Amazing Keto Bread Recipe is courtesy of Crystal’s Clean Kitchen. I absolutely love bread, and giving up bread was by far my biggest concern on the Keto Diet. But no need to worry. Just have some Keto Bread, and when it comes to Keto Bread, this recipe is tops!

To make this amazing recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
2/3 Cups Ground Flax Seed
2/3 Cup Almond Flour
3/4 Cup Oat Fiber (not oat flour)
1 1/4 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten
2 Tbsp Monk Fruit
1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Eggs
3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Cup Warm Water (110°)
2 Tsp Yeast (Rapid Rise Dry Yeast)
1/2 Tsp Sugar (Honey or Maple syrup would also work)

Let’s get started making this amazing recipe:

Step 1. Mix warm water with yeast and sugar. Set aside to bloom (about 10 minutes) if it is not slightly bubbly on top your yeast has gone bad. Remember- not hot water which will kill the yeast and not cold water which will not activate it.

Step 2. Beat the eggs for 5 minutes after which you add oil

Step 3. (I do this step while the eggs are whipping) Mix together all the dry ingredients

Step 4. Slowly add both the yeast and the other dry ingredients into the egg mixture

Step 5. Kneed the dough for 8 minutes (I did 6 minutes in my kitchen aid mixer and the last 2 minutes by hand)

Step 6. Shape and place in bread pan. Let rise for 2 hours (or until doubled in size)

Step 7. Place in oven 375° for 30 minutes Let cool for 20 before cutting.
