Today’s video is from “My Low Carb Recipes Journey” and is a a Filipino Keto Cheese Bread Recipe. That’s two of my favorite things! Cheese and Bread. And the fact that this is a low carb Keto option is a bonus.

We will get to the ingredients in a second, but note that if you want to reheat these Keto Cheese Breads at a later stage, the best way to go about it is to do it in the oven. That way you” get the same texture.

So for this tasty recipe you will need:
1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (You can use any other cheese as well)
1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Almond Flour (Add another 2 Tablespoons if dough still wet)
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Egg

To get some sweetness in the crust use:
50 Grams of Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Tablespoon of Low Carb Sweetener
1 Tablespoon of Almond Flour

Time to start making this delicious Keto Cheese Bread Recipe. Starting with a mixing bowl, put a cup of Mozzarellas or any yellow cheese in the bowl. Add to that half a cup of cheddar. Next up is 2 tablespoons of all purpose cream.

Melt this mixture in the microwave for two minutes. Mix it together immediately after taking it out of the microwave. Now add in one and a quarter cup of almond flour as well as one teaspoon of baking powder. Mix everything.

Add one large egg to the bowl and mix it in as well. Know need the dough that has formed for one minute. Add two more tablespoons of almond flour to the bowl. Keep on kneading until the ingredients are well combined.

Rest the dough for 10 minutes. Spread plastic wrap on a flat surface. Put the dough on the plastic and cover the dough with some oil. Now is also the time to pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Cut the dough into 8 to 10 pieces.

Into another bowl put 50 grams of parmesan cheese. Then add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter that you can just grate into the bowl. Next up add 2 tablespoons of almond four and 1 tablespoon of low carb sweetener. Mix it all together.

Now roll each of the dough balls into this cheese mixture. Place it in the oven on the middle rack and bake for 20 minutes.
