I LOVE Brownies! And the fact that these Brownies are Keto makes it even better. Oh wait, did I mention that you can whip these out in 1 minute? Well, Joe Duff, The Diet Chef, delivers again with his 1 Minute Keto Brownies Recipe, packed with flavor and so easy to make.
This video show you how to make the best and easy Low Carb Keto Brownies.
It is quite a fudgy brownie made with Almond Flour. Rich and decadent, it is hard to believe that these brownies are low carb!
Best part about it is that portion control is built into the recipe. It comes from the fact that this recipe will only make two Brownies and not a full batch as normal. That takes away the temptation of a whole batch of Brownies lying around in the house.
Each Brownie has only 2.5 grams of net carbs. The ingredients are all Keto friendly and includes Almond Flour, Keto Choch Chips, Cocoa Powder and Swerve.
As always the first thing we are going to do is get out the food scale. Place a medium sized bowl on the scale. The first thing we add to the bowl is two tablespoons or 28 grams of cut up salted butter.
Now go and get some Keto chocolate chips. For the video Joe uses the semi-sweet ones from Lilly’s. Not only are they delicious but that also have zero net carbs.
For this Keto Brownies recipe we want to add around two tablespoons or 21 grams of the chocolate chips. Now we want to melt the chocolate chips and butter together for about 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave. You can also melt them together in a pot on the stove.
At this point we are going to take a spatula and mix the chocolate chips and butter together until a chocolate sauce forms. Now to make this low carb keto brownies recipe extra fudgy and gooey, we add another 7 grams of the chocolate chips to the sauce. Mix those into the sauce.

Next we are going to add the main ingredient for the keto brownies and that’s almond flour. For this recipe we are going to add half a cup or 50 grams of the almond flour to the bowl.
Now we are going to sweeten up the brownies in a totally keto friendly way using confectioners swerve. Add around two and a half tablespoons of the swerve to the mix.
Once that is done we are going to add even more chocolatey deliciousness to the brownies by adding a tablespoon or 5 grams of dark unsweetened cocoa powder.
We are all set to mix all the ingredients together until a crumbly consistency forms in the bowl. When the consistency is right use your hands to form a ball of brownie dough.
Put half of the dough on to a small plate and start forming the shape of the brownie. When that is done you can totally eat these as a no-bake brownie. Alternatively you can warm them up in the microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds. You can also add them to a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for around 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
All that is left now is to enjoy!
Really like this one!
Although I am not a keto person, I really do like a lot of the keto recipes, especially the fat bombs and brownies. I use them to curb sugar cravings. I have made a similar keto brownie before which was really tasty.
